The unorthodox steel Karamari Intertwining Cuff from Bette Barnett encompasses a spontaneous combination of forms. A dimensional network of looping steel wires creates energetic movement against the understated backdrop of a matte black surface. Using an experimental technique, the artist fused silver bronze powder “paint” to the wire creating a mix of reflective surfaces and rough raised textures. Designed for an average to larger wrist, the contemporary cuff is 2.0" high and 3.0" wide.
